I was very much was in love with Schooner and Mia's story by the end of the book!!! Begin a little slow for me. Found myself wanting to hurry things on.
Schooner is a all-American boy who finds himself in a relationship with a girl that everyone would expect him to be with. But soon finds himself wanting the girl that no one would expect.
I wanted more of Schooner and Mia. I found that there could have been way more hot scene with the two of them.
I loved that Schooner was so real with Mia. Allowed me to understand his character better.
"Really, really, about you, Mia. I want to be with you all the time. I never want to leave you at the end of the day."
"Oh Baby Girl," he sighed you have no idea what you do to me."
"It's Smoochal."
Loved the banter between Schooner and Mia!! Just wished things would have been at a faster pass at the beginning. The second part of the story did pick-up.
Loved, Loved,Loved the plot!! Just goes to show how we can let something someone tells us effect our lives in such a strong way!! Schooner's ex was the typical "will stop at nothing to get what I want" rich girl. Wanted to slap her!
Although the story was a little slow paced at the beginning, I would recommend all to read it!!! The story line was amazing!

I freaking loved the seeing Mia journey to becoming the person she is today! But I must say Tom was HOT loved, loved, loved the sexual chemistry between him a Mia!! Had me wanted to switch to wishing him and Mia would end of together. But by the I soon was back to wanting Schooner back. Definitely experienced lots of emotion while reading this book and I love that!!
Mia experienced so much in this book I cried so many times with her.
"I want you to hold me and tell me it was all a mistake, Baby Girl. But it wasn't because you f****** betrayed me. How could you love me and betray me? You couldn't. So, you didn't love me. You never loved me. Was it all a big F****** Joke to you and that witch? I want you out of my head. I want you out of my heart. Why did I every meet you?
" You do show up at the oddest times, Mr Moore."
"My therapist tells me I should forgive. I should forgive the creeps who attacked me. I should forgive you. I should forgive Tom and most of all I should forgive myself. But I don't know how good I am at forgiveness. I don't hate you though. It's been so long that I just remember the fun times."

I must've been 5 or 6 when I started writing "stories". I would write them and hide them. Not wanting anyone to see my "secret" thoughts. I needed to write -even back then. Now I'm just not hiding them anymore. Is that a sign of maturity? Nah ....
